More than 300 cowboys and cowgirls of all ages attended Cowboyin’ For The Kids, a trail ride held on May 7, 2016. Anderson Cummings is a proud annual sponsor and participant of the event, which raised over $16,000 for the Caleb Larson Foundation, benefiting neuroblastoma cancer patients and their families.
The event was held in honor of McCrae Trammell and in memory of Caleb Larson, two young cowboys who have been diagnosed with neuroblastoma childhood cancer. The day featured a barbecue lunch, country music performed by Myron Mertz and Branded by Grace, and wagon rides for all ages.
“I would just like to thank everyone for joining our cause to help find a cure and better treatment options for neuroblastoma childhood cancer and allowing us to help local families with children battling cancer,” said Cortney Trammell, mother of little McCrae and lifelong friend of Caleb’s mother, Brandi Larson. “We help fund anything from medical bills to funeral expenses for kids with any type of cancer.”
