100 Homes for 100 Veterans in 100 Days

person receiving an awardThe personal injury law offices of Anderson Cummings are honored to have contributed to the “100 Homes for 100 Veterans in 100 Days” Campaign sponsored by the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition. The campaign has set out to provide permanent housing to 100 homeless veterans in Tarrant County. It will also provide money for move-in costs and household items greatly needed by the veterans.

The firm joined the campaign along with the Tarrant County Young Lawyers Association and the State Bar of Texas Paralegal Division – District #3. The two organizations hosted a fundraising event on Aug. 13, 2015, where we were able to present a check to Otis Thornton, Executive Director of Tarrant County Homeless Coalition.

Anderson Cummings actively supports organizations serving veterans both monetarily and through volunteering. John Cummings, takes time out of his career and family life to serve veterans and active-duty personnel as a volunteer board member for the Fort Worth Air Power Council and as the Honorary Squadron Commander of the Air Force Reserve’s 547th Fighter Squadron.

Our personal injury lawyers and support staff are proud to support this worthy cause and to help provide homes for 100 veterans in the Fort Worth area. You can learn more and support this campaign by visiting the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition’s website.
