Do you suspect you or a loved one was injured by a vaccine? You may be eligible for compensation that’s set aside specifically for those who suffer rare vaccine injuries. Awards from this program will pay for past and future medical rehabilitation expenses. They will also cover pain and suffering and lost wages.
The National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP), was established to help victims of adverse vaccine reactions. Unlike traditional lawsuits, an injured party does not pay his or her attorney a percentage of his or her awards. The VICP compensates reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs which are paid separately from any compensation award.
Shoulder injuries, a condition called SIRVA, or Shoulder Injury Due to Vaccine Administration, was recently added to the list of injuries eligible for cash awards.
United States government employees and service members serving overseas are also eligible to apply.
You only have a limited amount of time to bring a case for a vaccine-related injury. The statute of limitations requires that your claim must be filed within three (3) years from the date of onset of symptoms. For other vaccines, the court determines whether to compensate the injury on a case-by-case basis.
Personal injury cases involving product liability often require an injured consumer to take on companies worth billions of dollars. Don’t try this fight on your own!
At Anderson & Cummings, our personal injury lawyers believe that corporations that make unsafe products should be held responsible for the injuries their products cause. Whether it is a vaccine, defective automobile, toxic food, a dangerous drug, or one of the thousands of other items we use every day, Anderson & Cummings will fight to take on the companies that harm you and your family.
